At Close Physical Therapy, our staff has the experience, knowledge, expertise and technology to help each patient reach their full potential within a caring and nurturing environment. Our staff consists of licensed physical therapists, licensed physical therapy assistants, certified massage therapists, and front office staff. Our team is eager and willing to assist you in any of our specialty areas. These include orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, spinal and neurological physical therapy, TMJ, and hand rehabilitation, oncology physical therapy, respiratory physical therapy, vestibular/balance rehabilitation and pediatric physical therapy.

Our mission is to provide high quality physical therapy and rehabilitation to our patients. These services will be provided by qualified, professional physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, certified massage therapists, skilled technicians and other ancillary staff.
